Gracier Advocacy & Education provides educational guidance and advocacy support for families navigating special education systems. Services are designed to help caregivers understand processes, prepare thoughtfully, and engage with school teams from an informed position.

All services are educational and supportive in nature. They are not legal representation and do not replace legal counsel.

Advocacy & Education Services

  • Support focused on helping families understand and navigate special education systems with clarity and confidence.

    This may include:

    • Explaining special education processes and terminology

    • Helping families understand roles, timelines, and procedural steps

    • Supporting informed participation in school-based decision-making

    This service does not include legal advice, legal interpretation, or compliance determinations.

  • Guidance for families reviewing or preparing for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 Plans.

    Support may include:

    • Reviewing documents for clarity and understanding

    • Helping families identify questions and areas for discussion

    • Clarifying goals, accommodations, and service descriptions

    Guidance is educational and informational only.

  • Structured support before and after school meetings to reduce stress and increase preparedness.

    This may include:

    • Pre-meeting planning and organization

    • Agenda development and talking points

    • Post-meeting debrief and reflection

    • Identifying follow-up considerations

    Meeting attendance, if discussed, is limited in scope and does not constitute representation.
