OUR PROCESS
Gracier Advocacy & Education follows a structured, intake-based process designed to ensure services are appropriate, ethical, and clearly defined from the start.
Support is educational and consultative in nature. Families remain the primary decision-makers throughout all stages.

Our Process
-

Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Families begin by submitting the intake form. This allows for an initial review of needs, scope, and fit.
Not all inquiries result in services. Intake helps ensure support is appropriate and aligned.
-

Step 2: Intake Review
Submitted information is reviewed to determine whether educational advocacy support is a good fit. This review focuses on clarity of needs, scope, and available capacity.
If services are not appropriate, families may be encouraged to seek alternative or additional supports.
-

Step 3: Consultation or Planning
If appropriate, a consultation or planning session is scheduled. This may include:
Clarifying questions
Review of available information
Discussion of support options
Consultations are informational and do not constitute legal advice or representation.
-

Step 4: Closure & Next Steps
Services conclude when agreed-upon support is complete. Families retain responsibility for follow-up actions, communication, and decision-making.
Additional support may be requested through a new intake.
Our team is ready to provide the attention, care, and expertise you deserve.
